Caprio, Anne M (Griswold) Sheehan
Greece: Passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones on 10/6/17 at age 97. She is predeceased by husbands, Jack Sheehan and Jim Caprio; brother Harry Griswold. Survived by daughter, Patricia (Robert) Andraszek; son, Michael Sheehan; granddaughters, Kelly (Todd) Zielke, Katharine (Scott) Lasky; grandsons, Patrick Sheehan, Brian Sheehan; great-grandchildren, Alex and Steven Zielke, Bridget and Leah Anne Lasky, Leah Higuchi (mother Yoshie), Conor and Liam Sheehan; niece, Jane (John) Albin, nephews, Dr. James (Patti) Griswold, Harry (Stephanie) Griswold; numerous great-nieces and nephews and many friends.

Anne was a proud member of the Irondequoit Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution. An avid golfer, she was a longtime member of both Lakeshore Country Club and Sodus Bay Country Club. She enjoyed being outdoors and liked walks in the fresh air. What made her the happiest however was being with her family. She thrived on the “Sheehan chaos”; the louder the better! She was proud of her family and her family was proud of her.

The family would like to thank the Fleming Point community, Pat and Her Helpers aide service, Visiting Nurse Service Hospice Care, and good friend Inge for all the love and care they gave our Nana. Special words of gratitude to Tracy and Tamika for their final gift of kindness and comfort.
Nana, you are so loved and forever in our hearts.

Anne’s visitation will be held Thursday, October 12th 4-6 PM where her funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM in the chapel of Vay-Schleich and Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Private interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to donate Visiting Nurse Service, 2180 Empire Blvd, Webster NY 14580. "We greatly appreciated everything you did to make dad’s funeral special and unique. If he could thank you himself he would. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you ever so much."
