Rochester: Thursday, March 30, 2017 at age 71. Predeceased by his sisters, Phyllis Moschcau and Nancy Briggs; brother, Robert Willmott. Survived by his sister, Charlene (Richard) Foery; nieces, nephews and cousins. James was a proud Army Vietnam Veteran. A special thank you to Dr. David Holub, Dr. Daniels and the forth floor staff at Highland Hospital.

No prior calling. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday (April 8th) 10:30 AM in the chapel of Vay-Schleich and Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Private interment.
