Rochester: Saturday, October 26, 2019 at age 90. Predeceased by first husband James J. Sassone; parents, Leigh and Vida Reynolds; brother, Elmer Reynolds; sisters, Muriel Rayburn and Edna Reynolds. Survived by sister, Shirley Sims; sisters-in-law, Pauline Kiessel and Jane Reynolds; brother-in-law, Richard Rayburn; daughters, Elaine Patrick, Marsha Etter (Daniel), Jacquie Sassone, Mary Bucher (Andy) and Beth Aldridge (Bruce); granddaughters, Becky Fargnoli (Rocco), Nikki Bivone( Louie), Ryan Sahrle(Jim) and Noel Bucher; 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

God bless dear Joyce, Lainie‘s mom, it was so good to meet her only twice but I remember her as in the picture above. I really appreciated her faith I know that despite outward appearances, that she died in the arms of the Lord that she loved although the passageway was difficult… I will remember her every time I look at one of her holy cards, the infant of Prague, and her love for Mary the mother of God! I’m sorry I couldn’t get to know her better but felt like I knew her through One of my best friends her daughter Elaine… May you rest in peace Joyce! And condolences to the rest of the family, as Lainie says we are all given to each other by God… And especially at times like this to comfort and cheer one another the way Joyce would really want it!
