Obituary

Kenneth (Kenny) Shannon, Jr.

Greece: Kenny at age 48, returned to the arms of his Heavenly Father on Monday, November 26, 2018. His strong faith in God ultimately gave him mercy and peace. Originally from Rochester, NY, Kenny was employed at Sealed Air Corporation in Simpsonville, SC where he received his Firefighter and EMT certifications which he took pride in. Kenny was a hard worker, soft spoken, generous and available to help anyone. Survived by his mother, Joyce (John) Shaner; father, Kenneth (Gail Falco) Shannon; brother, Stephen Shannon; sisters, Lisa Dunn and Lori (Rick) Triassi; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

His Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday (Jan 5th) at 11:00 AM at Hope Lutheran Church, 1301 Vintage Lane. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hope Lutheran Church in his memory. For more information or to sign Kenny’ s online guestbook, please visit Meesonfamily.com.

"We greatly appreciated everything you did to make dad’s funeral special and unique. If he could thank you himself he would. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you ever so much."
