Maureen “Mo” Femiano (Daly)

Greece: Transitioned into the Loving Arms of God on July 26th at age 51 while surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 11th, 1967, grew up in Greece and attended Arcadia High School graduating in 1985. She enjoyed being of service to others and worked as a hairdresser before marrying and having 2 children.

She is predeceased by her dad, Cornelius Daly and “BP” Loraine. She is survived by her mom, Gladys; 2 children, Celina and Frankie; the father of her children and dear friend, Frank; sisters, Heather & Jen; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins both here and abroad; and her loving dog and companion Graci.

Her unconditional love and acceptance were felt by all those who knew her, and her sense of humor brought joy and laughter wherever she went. She enjoyed camping, cooking, and spending time with her “Shenanigan” Family, but her greatest joy was being a Mom. The legacy of her love will carry on in the hearts of all those she touched.

Family and friends are invited to Vay-Schleich & Meeson 1075 Long Pond Rd on Tuesday July 31st 3-7pm. Her celebration of life will be at Our Mother of Sorrows Church 5000 Mt. Read Blvd on Wednesday, August 1st at 9:30 am.

Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Maureen’s honor to Verona Street Animal Society or Hildebrandt Hospice Care. For more information and to sign her online guestbook, visit

Please wear bright colors for Maureen

"We greatly appreciated everything you did to make dad’s funeral special and unique. If he could thank you himself he would. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you ever so much."
